Field Day

Elizabeth's school held their field day today, and I was a volunteer photographer, among other things. (No, I didn't just take photos of my own child, although she's the only face I feel comfortable putting on my blog without permission.) Field day was a smashing success, I believe, and here are only a few of the things Elizabeth enjoyed doing.

Balance race

Face painting

Obstacle course

Dancing

Three-legged race

Seed spitting

Javelin throw

Jumping rope

Sack race

until she discovered she could turn it into the
penguin-walk race

Soccer dribbling

and a pizza finish!
