Mold. Interesting experiment. I think I&#39;ll try that with the kids (if I can stand it). I just threw out 4 petri dishes of mold and bacteria (I couldn&#39;t stand to see what was growing on our toilets and armpits!) That&#39;s the reason we prefer to buy store bought bread to making our own.
